3. Payment Terms

Smart Stay Systems accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

  • Bank transfers

  • Online payment systems like PayPal

Billing Frequency:
Payments will be billed monthly or annually, as per the agreement.

Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of service. After 30 days, refunds are not available, but we will work with you to resolve any issues you encounter.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws

  • Provide accurate information for our AI systems to work efficiently

  • Not misuse or exploit our AI-powered systems in any harmful manner

5. Termination Policy

Smart Stay Systems reserves the right to terminate the services immediately if:

  • You violate any terms or conditions in this agreement

  • There is non-payment or failure to fulfil payment obligations

You may cancel your service by notifying us at least 30 days in advance via email or phone. Refunds for cancellations after 30 days are not offered.

6. Liability Limitations

Smart Stay Systems is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities arising from use or inability to use the service

  • Any third-party systems or services integrated with our AI

Our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Smart Stay Systems, including but not limited to logos, software, trademarks, and designs, remains the property of Smart Stay Systems. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services, but you do not acquire any ownership rights.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We respect your privacy. The data we collect is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share your data with third parties unless explicitly stated or required for the functioning of the service
